Service Design Australia is led by Damian Kernahan as a forum for information on service design community events and education in Australia. Each Service Design Thinks & Drinks event is an informal get together for anyone interested in how to employ a service design approach to improving customer experience by meeting up and sharing ideas, stories and thoughts. At each event we bring an expert in their field to share with us new ideas and thinking to expand service design expertise across Australian organisations.
Service Design Australia conducts Thinks & Drinks events in Sydney & Canberra bi-monthly and in Brisbane quarterly.
In 2012 we will be introducing Service Design Learning events in a number of cities to help share Service Design knowledge and tools.
A bit about the Founder
After 20 years spent working with some of the most innovative organisations in Australia and the US, Damian Kernahan set up Proto Partners Service Design determined to establish Australia’s first ‘Service Design’ firm and enrich the lives of every australian, one customer experience at a time. He now works and presents at international Service Design forums and organisations across Australia, Asia, Europe and America.
